10 tempo air squats 
5 empty bar strict press 
3 empty bar push press 
3 empty bar push jerk 
5 burpees 
10 hip bridges

WOD 

7 RFT (28 min time cap) 
10 bar facing burpees 
12 shoulder to overhead (105/75 85/65)
14 wall balls (20/14) 
-athletes will work for :30 rest for :30 until all 7 rounds are complete 

Finisher 

1 min banded lat stretch L and R
