5 banded tempo air squats
5 kips swings+5 K2E
10 butterfly hip bridges
10 (total) 90/90 hip stretch
Strength
Every 1:30 for 8 sets
4 tempo front squats (not building-should be at 50-60%)

9-15 unbroken T2B/K2E/candlesticks
