:30 banded lateral steps (:15 each direction) 
5 banded tempo air squats 
5 kips swings+5 K2E
10 butterfly hip bridges
10 (total) 90/90 hip stretch 

Strength 

Every 1:30 for 8 sets 
4 tempo front squats (not building-should be at 50-60%)

WOD

5 rounds each for time 
9-15 unbroken T2B/K2E/candlesticks
400m run 
-1 min rest
