5 banded pass throughs
5 banded OHS 
-with an empty bar 
3 snatch grip deadlifts 
3 hang muscle snatch 
3 hang power snatch 
3 OHS/front squat 

Strength 

Take 12 mins to find a heavy 2RM OHS or front squat 

WOD 

3 RFT 
15 handstand push ups (or HRPU) 
15 hang power snatches (95/65 75/55)
