-empty bar push press 
-KB deadlifts 
-back extensions 

WOD 

25 mins 
4 RFT-15 min cap  
20 thrusters (95/65 75/55) 
15 russian KBS (53/35) 

-if athletes finish before 15 mins have them rest until the 15 min mark 

Then use the last 10 minutes to find a heavy 1 rep power snatch
