3 snatch grip deadlifts 

3 hang high pulls 

3 hang power snatches 

Strength 

5 sets-15 min cap  

10 DB bench press (all sets at the same weight *athletes pick)

15-20 banded tricep pull downs

1:00 rest between sets

WOD

6 RFT (15 min cap)

10 hang power snatch (105/75 75/55)

5 box dips/ring dips 

5 HRPU
