Warm Up

3 sets on a 10 min clock 
20 high knees
10 banded good mornings 
10 (total) single leg RDL 
10 push ups 
20 hip bridges
:20 hollow rock hold

Strength

4 sets
8 RDL (keep barbell weight light)
:15-:30 chin over bar hold
1 min rest

WOD

EMOM 15 :30 on :30 off
Min 1- double DB deadlifts (50/35 40/20)
Min 2- max cal bike or ski (no rowers)
Min 3- hollow rocks/hollow rock hold
