20 high knees
5 push up to downdog 
10 straight leg sit ups
10 empty bar deadlifts
10 empty bar hang power cleans
10 empty bar push press 
5 jerks (split or push)

Strength

Every 2 mins for 5 sets
2 power cleans + 2 jerks (any style)

WOD

AMRAP 15
20 deadlifts (95/65 75/55)
15 push press (95/65 75/55)
10 v ups/sit ups
