Sum of the best of 3 attempts at each lift
Back Squat (1 RM)
Shoulder Press (1 RM)
Deadlift (1 RM)
Attempt each (1 rep) 3 times. The weight should increase after each successful attempt at each movement. A failed rep counts as an attempt. Complete each max lift before moving on to the next lift in order. (Score is the sum of the best of all three lifts.) Intent is a Heavy Day strength test to track your progress from 2024 and bring focus into 2025.

** Scaled Version - Work up to 5 RM for each type of movement.
