Warm Up

-banded air squats 
-alt 90/90 hip stretch 
-push up to downdog 
-slow full burpees 

Strength 

5x5 back squat building to 75% 

-in between every set of back squats 5 L and R DB floor press 

WOD 

3 rounds 
AMRAP 3 
8 thrusters (95/65 75/55) 
8 lateral bar over burpees 
-1 min rest between rounds

*athletes pick up where they left off
