Warm Up

AMRAP 6 
10 jumping jacks 
5  PVC pass throughs 
10 PVC good mornings 
10 (total) samsons 
5 empty bar deadlifts 
5 empty bar shoulder to overhead (push press/push jerk) 

Strength 

Every 1:30 for 8 sets 
5 deadlifts (first set starting at 75% and then building from there) 

WOD 

AMRAP 12 
10 (total) front racked lunges (105/75 75/55) 
8 shoulder to overhead (same weight) 
6 lateral burpees over the bar
