Strength 

7x3 deadlifts

2:00 on 1:00 off for 4 sets 
12 total single DB lunges (held any style) (50/35 40/20) 
8 push ups 
4 DB snatch L (50/35 40/20) 
4 DB snatch R (same weight)  

*athletes pick up where they left off
