Strength:
Build to a heavy 5 strict press
*if you only have lighter weights do 5 tempo strict press. Slower you go, harder they will be.

Workout:
AMRAP 15
2:00 Run
40 Tuck ups
30 Hang Power Cleans (light)
20 Push ups
10 Push Press

Score = rounds + reps
