5 Pushups to Down dog
10 Tuck ups

EMOM 15 (5 Rounds)
Min 1: 20 Thrusters
Min 2: 10 Burpee over Backpack
Min 3: 15 Backpack Situps
-complete the work then rest the remaining time of the minute before starting the next movement.
