Warm up

3 Rounds
1:00 Cardio (run, bike, row, jump rope, jumping jacks etc.)
10 Up Down over Backpack
5 Pushups to Down dog
10 Tuck ups

Workout

EMOM 15 (5 Rounds)
Min 1: 20 Thrusters
Min 2: 10 Burpee over Backpack
Min 3: 15 Backpack Situps

-complete the work then rest the remaining time of the minute before starting the next movement.

Score = none, still give yourself credit on WODHopper!
