10 good mornings
10 (total) step ups 
10 snatch grip deadlifts 
5 empty bar snatch grip high pulls from power position
5 empty bar hang power snatch 
10 marching hip bridges

 Strength/skill

EMOM 10 
3 hang power snatch (build to a heavy manageable weight)

 WOD

EMOM 15
Min 1- max ball slams
Min 2- 10-15 box jumps 
Min 3- max bear hug (with slam ball) sit ups
