Workout

Warm Up

3 sets
:30 jump rope
:30 kb deadlifts
:30 kb SDHP
:30 straight leg sit ups 

 Strength

5X10 (each) bulgarian split squats 
-1 min rest between rounds

 WOD

9 rounds - 18 mins total
Every 2 mins complete:
40 double unders
6 v ups (knee ups/leg lifts)
6 SDHP (KBs) 53/35

-add 2 reps to the v ups and SDHP every round
