5 box jumps/squat jumps 
10 (total) birddogs 
5 push up to down dog 
10 DB hang cleans 
5 DB front squats

Strength 

5x8 bench press (weight at 60-65% across all sets) 

WOD 

Every 3 mins for 5 rounds 
20 box jumps 
15 slam balls 
10 double DB hang squat cleans (40/25 30/15)
