10 (total) alt squat thoracic rotation
10 plate squats 
5 scap pulls 
5 up downs to target

Strength 

5x5 back squat @65-75%

WOD 

1:00 on :30 off for 10 sets 
5-8 strict pull ups 
max burpees to target
