-high knees 
-butt kickers
-alt hamstring scoops
-plank

WOD 

For time:30 min cap
800m run with med ball (together switch as needed) 
150 med ball cleans (one partner hold plank or handstand hold) 
400m run with med ball (together switch as needed) 
100 burpees (while one partner hold med ball overhead) 
200m run with med ball (together switch as needed)
