Warm Up

3 sets :30 on :10 off 
-mountain climbers
-PVC good mornings 
-PVC leg swings L and R (switch at :15) 
-alt front rack rotations 

WOD

7 rounds -25 min cap
1 power clean+ 1 from the knee hang power clean
200m run
(set one=7 reps, set 2=6 reps set 3=5 reps….) athletes will increase weight across the 7 sets

(athletes rest will consist of changing weights and coming back from the run)
