-banded pull aparts 
-banded pass throughs 
-push up to toe touch 

Strength 

5 sets 
5-8 strict pull ups (athletes add weight if able) 
100’ sled push (HEAVY)

WOD 

Every 2:00 for 7 rounds (1:30 work cap) 
12-15 burpees 
-1 set of unbroken kipping/jumping pull ups
