AMRAP 6

20 air squats
5 infant squats
:15-:20 supported hang
20 back extensions
10 up downs 

Strength

EMOM 10
3 pull ups (add weight if able) 

WOD

EMOM 15 (:35 on :25 off) 
Min 1- bent over rows (barbell)
Min 2- OH or back squats (same weight as rows)
Min 3- burpees over the barbell
