:30 air squats
:30 strict DB press
:30 alt single arm DB high pull (switch at :15)

Conditioning

Every 3 mins for 4 sets
200m run or row (these are for quality)

WOD

3 rounds (15 min cap)
50 double unders
20 (alt) DB snatches (50/35 40/20)
20 double DB thrusters (50/35 40/20)
