5 DB strict press 

WOD 

AMRAP 20

3 wall walks 
9 push press (50/35 40/20) 
12 DB walking lunge (same weight) 
-then 400m run 

(Athletes will complete 2 rounds and then 400m run. Complete as many times as possible for 20 mins) 

Finisher 

50 (each) banded lateral walks
