EMOM 8
Min 1: 5 Weighted Glute Bridges, pause 2 seconds at the top of each rep.
Min 2: 5 Deadlifts (add weight each round to find WOD weight).

*Do the reps, then rest the remaining time of the minute. When the minute restarts, do the next movement.

Workout

AMRAP 16
5 Deadlifts
2:00 Run

*Deadlifts: feel free to go a little heavier but keep your form perfect! If your form starts to suffer, decrease your weight.

Score = rounds+reps
*run=1 rep
