10 PVC pass through 
10 PVC good mornings 
5 infant squats 
5 back extensions with a :02 pause 

Empty barbell warm up 
5 deadlift 
5 clean pulls from a hang 
5 high pulls from a hang
5 power cleans from a hang (with :03 pause in the catch)

Strength 

Every 2 mins for 6 rounds 
2X 1 clean pull+1 power clean

WOD 

5 RFT (12 min cap) 
3 wall walks 
35 double unders 
6 hang power cleans (135/95 95/65)
