10 supinated band pull aparts 
10 banded pass throughs 
20 slow shoulder taps 
10 (total) box step overs 
5 box jumps 
10 (total) alt DB hang snatch 

Strength

5x5 DB bench complex. 
Both DB’s start over chest. 1 left, 1 right, then both together=1 rep 
-in between each set 100’ HEAVY farmers carry (use KBs)

WOD 

AMRAP 10 
2,4,6,8,10 etc…
Box jump overs (24/20) 
Alt DB snatch (50/35 40/20)
