:30 strict DB press 
:30 banded pass throughs 

Strength

5 sets
Option 1- :30 handstand hold
Option 2- :30 pike handstand hold (on box)
Option 3-:30 OH plate or barbell hold
20 supinated (palms up) band pull aparts 

WOD

2 rounds
2 min MAX sled push
2 min MAX slam ball squats
2 min MAX HRPU
2 min MAX ball slams
