5 bootstraps
10 step ups 
10 (total) groiners with t spine opener
5 empty bar front squats 
5 empty bar high hang high pulls
5 empty bar high hang power cleans
5 mid shin full squat cleans 

Strength

6 sets
2 squat cleans (building to a heavy 2 RM) 
-rest at least 1 min between sets 

WOD

AMRAP 12
8,10,12,14 etc… 
Push ups 
1 DB step ups (50/35 40/20)
:30 rest
