For Time
120 DB lunge (1 DB 50/35 40/20)-athletes can hold db however they’d like.  I would suggest front racked
80 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/65 75/55)
80 hollow rocks or sit ups 
-athletes may partition however they’d like

Finisher 

4x10 DB pull overs (on the floor
