10 alt groiners with t spine opener
5 empty bar deadlifts
10 empty bar hang power cleans
5 empty bar mid shin power cleans

WOD

400m run/row/800m bike
6 power cleans (115/85 95/65)

*power cleans increase by 3 reps every round 6,9,12,15…..)

Athletes should pick a weight that they can move unbroken for the most part
