Warm Up

3 sets on a 10 min clock
:20 hollow hold
5 supermans
10 scap pull ups
5-10 knees to elbows 
5 infant squats
5 empty bar tempo front squats (1,2,3 on the way down)
4 (total) 90/90 hip stretch

Strength

7x2 front squats (with a 3 sec
pause in the bottom) building in weight 

WOD

AMRAP 12
5 T2B
10 DB thrusters (50/35 40/20)
15 lateral DB burpees
