5 inchworm to push up
10 (total) alt lateral lunge
5 tight kips
3 pull ups (kipping or jumping)
5 pausing goblet squats (3 sec at the bottom)
WOD
For time:(25 min cap)
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Double DB squats (50/35 40/20)
After each round:
5 pull ups(kipping)/8 jumping
50ft farmers carry (same weight or heavier use KB)
*athletes should try to go unbroken on the DB squats *
