10 (total) step ups
10 empty bar front squats with a 2 sec hold 
10 (each) single leg hip bridges 

Strength

Every 1:30 for 8 sets 
3 front squats working up to 80%

WOD
AMRAP 12
2,4,6,8,12 etc…
Box jumps (24/20)
Front racked lunges (95/65 75/55)
