10 (total) DB power cleans
10 total db deadlifts

Strength

50ft sled push (there and back in the gym)
10 (each) ½ kneeling single arm press
-1 min rest 

WOD

AMRAP 12
8 Burpees
12 ring rows
10 db power cleans (50/35 40/20)
