10 banded good mornings 
10 (total) adductor rock backs 
5 empty bar high pulls 
5 empty bar muscle cleans ‘
3 hang power cleans 

Strength 

5x5 deadlifts 
-all deadlifts should be pulled from a dead stop start (no touch and go) 

WOD 

5 RFT (12 min cap)
10 hang power cleans (155/105 95/65) 
10 burpees
-cleans should be heavy. Completed in 1-2 sets
