Drill 1-toes to KB
Drill 2-kips/lat activation (elevates) kip swings
Drill 3-kipping knees to chest
Drill 4-progressive kipping leg raise

-then 

EMOM 10 (:20 on :40 off) 
-whatever skill athletes choose (for athletes who have T2B work on perfecting them during this EMOM)

WOD 

6 rounds for total reps (:30 on :30 off) 
-v ups/lemon squeezes
-American KBS (50/35)
