5 banded pass throughs 
5 banded OHS 

Strength

5 (each) barbell front rack step ups 
10-15 (each) banded clamshells

WOD 

3 sets of:
AMRAP 3 
12 box jumps (24/20)
9 OHS/front squats (75/55 45/35)
6 HRPU 
-1 min rest between rounds
