10 (total) light DB snatches

Every 4 min for 5 rounds (goal is 3 mins of work)
4 wall walks or 8-10 pike push ups on box or on floor/strict press
8 (total) alt DB snatches (50/35 40/20)
12 T2B/K2E/candle sticks

Finisher

10 cossacks (add weight if able)
