Warm Up

5 box jumps 
10 (total) alternating prone pec stretch
5 push up to down dog
:30 plank 

Strength 

EMOM 10 
Min 1-5-10 strict dips (banded or on box) 
Min 2- :30 L sit hold on box

WOD

Every 2 mins for 8 rounds (goal is max 1:30 of work)
15 box jumps
12 DB snatch (50/35 40/20)
