100m jog 
10 (total) reverse lunges
10 inchworms
10 hand release push ups 
2 wall walks (or 10 strict DB press)

Strength

4 sets
1 min wall walks (scaled=1 min max 25’ bear crawl or strict press)
-rest 1 min 
1 min alt jumping lunges (scaled=squat jumps or alt lunges)
-rest 1 min 

WOD

AMRAP 12
200m run 
12 burpees to a target
