5 kips
10 banded presses
10 banded high pulls
5 empty bar deadlifts
5 empty bar muscle cleans
5 empty bar hang power cleans

Strength 

4 sets
10 alt DB bench press
10 (each) single arm DB row
-rest 1 min between sets

WOD

EMOM 15
4 T2B/k2e
4 hang power cleans (95/65 75/55)
-add 2 reps every minute.  If athlete fails rest 1 min and start from the beginning
