Warm Up

AMRAP 6
10 banded (each) lateral walk
10 banded air squats with a 2 sec pause
10 banded hip bridges
10 (total) alt 90/90 stretch
:30 assisted squat hold on rig

Strength

Every 1:30 for 10 sets
3 back squats (building weight) 

WOD

3 RFT
15 double DB front squat (50/35 35/20)
15 shoulder to overhead (same weight) 

-then right into
400m farmers carry (same weight)
