Warm Up

AMRAP 5
10 air squats
10 pvc pss throughs
10 pvc good mornings
5 scap pulls
5 kips
5 knees to chest/elbows

Clean warm-up
Empty bar
3  deadlifts
3 power cleans  from the pocket (high hang)
3 pc from the knee
3 pc from mid shin

WOD 

Every 2:00 for 10 rounds
30 air squats 
10 t2b/k2e
1 power clean (athletes can build or they can stay at the same weight)

-athletes should have about :30 rest per round
