Warm Up

-ring rows 
-PVC good mornings 
-PVC pass throughs 
-prone YTW 

Empty bar warm up 
-3 deadlifts
-3 hang muscle clean 
-3 hang power clean 
-3 jerks 

WOD   (23 mins total)

Every :30 for 10 sets  (5 mins)
1 clean and jerk (building to 65-70%) 

-rest 2 mins 

Every :30 for 10 sets  (5 mins)
2-4 chest to bar pull ups/strict pull ups 

-rest 4 mins 

AMRAP 7 
2 pull ups 
2 clean and jerks (50% of 1 RM)
-increase reps by 2 every round
