Background: This workout is dedicated to Navy Senior Chief Special Warfare Operator (SEAL) Heath M. Robinson who died on August 6, 2011, serving during Operation Enduring Freedom.
He was assigned to an East Coast-based SEAL team in Wardak province, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when the CH-47 Chinook helicopter in which he was riding was shot down.
Robinson completed Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL School, Coronado, Calif., in January, 2000. He served with two West Coast-based special warfare units from March 2000 to April 2004, and later served with four East Coast-based special warfare units beginning in April 2004.
The workout was designed by ARMR-UP @armrup as their workout for the day on September 25, 2021.
