In teams of 2: 1 working 1 resting 

Split 140 wall balls(20/14) 
-every 2 mins complete 8 synchro burpees 

Rest 2:00 

Then complete and split reps equally of :
50 ab mat sit ups 
50 alt DB hang clean and jerks (50/35 40/20) 
50 ab mat sit ups 
50 HRPU 
50 ab mat sit ups 
50 goblet squats (same weight)
