Wall ball strict press 
KB deadlifts 
Russian swings

AMRAP 30-partners 

 400m run 

12 russian KBS (50/35) 
12 wall balls (20/14) 
4 goblet squats (50/35 40/20)
-both partners are working.  But if the partner completing the 12-12-4 finishes early they will rest until the runner returns.
