-rest 1 min between rounds
WOD
Every 5 mins for 3 rounds
Row 800m
At home WOD:
Strength
5x5 tempo push ups
-rest 1:00
WOD
Every 5 mins for 3 rounds
20-15 burpees
15 reverse lunges/ jump lunges
10 sit ups
*each round should be close to 3 mins of work*
