:30 db bent over row/ no equipment=air squats
:30 hip bridges 

Strength

4x8 (each) single arm DB bench press/floor press

At-home
4x5 tempo push ups (count 1,2,3 on the way down)

WOD

AMRAP 12
10 burpees
20 v ups 
10 (total) push up to renegade row (40/20 30/15)
(or barbell row)

At-home (no weight)
AMRAP 12
10 burpees
20 v ups
10 (total) lunge jumps
