5 negative pull ups/10 ring rows
8 (total) push up to toe touch 
10 (total) adductor rock backs

WOD 

EMOM 20 
Min 1- 8-10 pull ups (jumping/ring rows)
Min 2- 15 slam balls 
Min 3- max farmers carry hold (53/35) 
Min 4- max distance walking lunge (1 length= 50’)

Finisher 

Collect 3 mins in a wall sit
